The workshops offer practical workshop and storage accommodation with 24-hour access for the small business. Workshops are available in a variety of sizes allowing business users flexibility to expand or reduce their business as conditions allow. Immediate occupation can be obtained without having to enter into long term lease and personal guarantees or incurring expensive legal costs.

The units are available under a licence agreement with a refundable deposit and rent being paid monthly in advance. One calendar months notice of termination is required, this being subject to a minimum period of occupation of 3 months.
